We had a very busy Easter weekend which kicked off with a bang: Jessica’s graduation from the FBI Academy. The whole Krueger clan traveled to Virginia from Minnesota to celebrate the graduation and Easter. The graduation ceremony took place at Quantico on Friday morning. After many months of tough training at Quantico, Jessica’s now an FBI special agent with the badge, gun, and handcuffs to prove it.   She’s our new favorite FBI agent, pushing Johnny Utah to a distant second.  In fact, Paige wouldn’t let go of her Jessie so she was front and center, even standing with her next to the FBI director who swore the new agents in.   Afterwards, we had a family photo with the new grad and got to see the fake town where they train new agents and teach them how to assault and take buildings.

Saturday, we had a graduation party at our house to celebrate and everyone had a good time, even Matt who grilled 12 hamburgers and 20+ hot dogs. Sunday was Easter, and we started out at church, then filled the rest of the day with family time, an Easter egg hunt in our backyard and lots of food.

We had a fun weekend and it was wonderful spending time with family.  Although the weekend also came with a bit of sadness as we bid adieu to Jessica, who left DC for the Big Apple.  We’re unbelievably proud of what she’s accomplished and look forward to hearing all about her adventures in NYC (at least the ones she’s allowed to tell us about).  We’ll miss our Jessie!
