We spent Christmas in St. Louis with Matt’s parents. It was a packed visit. We met up with Matt’s friends for a dinner out one night, went to Christmas Eve service, drove around STL at night looking at all the lights including downtown and Anheuser-Busch headquarters. It was also Grandpa Howard’s birthday and we celebrated with a big meal (a theme of the visit). Of course, Paige could barely contain herself on Christmas Eve and morning and tore threw the presents she received. She was genuinely surprised to have discovered Santa “ate” her cookies and milk she left out for him. It was an amazing Christmas and Paige was really into it this year which made it all the more exciting for all of us. What a great way to end 2011 - see you all in 2012!
